CASE PURCHASE DISCOUNT
Customer is eligible for an additional 10% Case Purchase Discount on regular priced items in quantity of 12 bottles, 0.75 litre each. Mixed case is allowed, i.e., different items in one case.
All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability. In the event that Tinto Wines is unable to fulfill any of the products or services in customer order, Tinto Wines will notify customer(s) by phone or email before their requested delivery date.
Under normal circumstances, goods ordered will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days. Customer should ensure a person aged 18 above to be present during the agreed delivery time slot to collect the alcoholic items. If no one accepts the delivery at the nominated delivery address on the delivery date and time slot, re-delivery service charges may be applied.
Shipping to Macau and Chinese Mainland is now available. Minimum order other than Hong Kong is different, additional delivery charges and handling charges are required for Macau and Chinese Mainland. Please contact us for more information. Please note that customer is required to pay any taxes or duties charged by the Macau/Chinese Mainland Customs and Excise.

1) Service Charges
For a single purchase of 6 bottles of more, customer is entitled to one Free Delivery Service for one location in Hong Kong Island or Kowloon. Otherwise:
- (a) If purchase less than 6 bottles, HK$100 will be charged;
- (b) Additional delivery charges will be applicable for New Territories and Lantau Island;
- (c) No delivery services will be provided for Discovery Bay and other Outlying Islands.
Orders will be taken from Mon to Fri between 10:30am to 6:30pm (cut-off time). Goods will be delivered within 2 to 5 days after the confirmation. Longer processing time may be required if orders are received on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.
In case of urgent order received for next working day after our cut-off time or could not meet our delivery schedule, it may be arranged with additional delivery charges. Please contact us for further details.
2) Delivery Service
Our delivery service hour is from 10:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
Delivery service is normally available to buildings with lift service. Please contact us for special arrangement if the building has no life service.
Under bad weather conditions, normal delivery services could be delayed and suspended if typhoon signal No. 8 or black rainstorm warning is hoisted. Customer will be contacted for re-scheduling the delivery.
For unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address being provided or time change without 2 working days’ advance notice to us, customer will be responsible for re-delivery charges.
We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
NON-PICKUP / NON-DELIVERY
If items ordered could not be successfully delivered to our customer within one month of purchase, which could be due to inaccurate address or contact details or customer refuses to take delivery, we reserve the right to charge wine storage fees.
Tinto Wines has the right to dispose the wine without further notice to the customer, if the wine could not be delivered or the storage fees have not been paid within 3 months from the date of purchase. Tinto Wines shall have no liability to the customer in respect of the disposal in such circumstances.
GOODS ACCEPTANCE / RETURN
Customer must carefully inspect all goods upon collection/delivery and provide signature on the delivery note/ invoice (sales slip) immediately. The signed delivery note/ invoice (sales slip) by recipient will be deemed to be your acceptance of goods with full satisfaction and no return will be accepted thereafter. If you consider an item to be faulty, you must contact us immediately and return requests will only be considered for wine items less than HK$800 (per bottle) and vintages less than 5 years old. In any case, you must contact us within 2 working days after delivery with original invoice.
If you have ordered “COD”, customer is required to pay cash or cheque upon delivery. Alternatively, you are welcome to transfer the invoice amount into our bank account by the internet or ATM, then email the receipt to us. Our bank account details and email address are as follows:
We reserve the right to limit or decline any sales amount to our customer and change the payment method for any order when it is required.
All risks of the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery but the products remain to be the property of Tinto Wines until full payment has been well received.
